A team of Rygor Group employees got together to do their bit for local wildlife at Long Lane Recreation Ground and Stanwell Moor, two sites local to Rygor Group's Camgate Centres.

Teams of volunteers helped to rake a large area of Long Lane Recreation Ground before seeding it with wildflowers and grasses. Much of the park is already covered in daisies, dandelions and buttercups so this area will help to add more colour, species diversity and protection for pollinators.

In the afternoon, they made their way to Stanwell Moor Recreation Ground. The local community use the play park and outdoor gym, so the addition of wildflower areas prepared and seeded by Rygor will be enjoyable for local people and pollinators.

Across the UK, Rygor Group have supported 5 hectares of wildflower planting local to their sites in schools, hospital grounds, parks and residential areas across Camgate, Reading, Swindon and Gloucestershire.
